Gluten-free cottage-cheese pastry<\/h3>

We need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

PROMIX-CH Special 125 g-CH<\/p>\n

Cottage cheese 125 g defatted<\/p>\n

1 yolk<\/p>\n

Baking powder \u00be bag Dr. Oetker<\/p>\n

(You may add vegetable fat 25 g or greaves)<\/p>\n

Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Raw materials once mix together and prepare a smooth dough (to lose the cottage cheese lumps – about 5 min intensive kneading by hands or proper machine)<\/p>\n

2.Roll-up the dough to about 5 mm thickness and shape the loaves, rolls, place the products onto a\u00a0 sheet and bake for about 15-18 minutes at 175 \u00b0 C. When cool, sprinkle with sugar.<\/p>\n

3.Before or after baking you can fill it with sweet or salty filling.<\/p>\n
